Welcome to Lisa Jane Counselling & Psychotherapy, where I offer a Relational Integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy to support your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Life isn’t always easy, and it’s okay to need extra support. Are you feeling overwhelmed, lost, or anxious? Perhaps there are things from the past you’re finally ready to process?
At Lisa Jane Counselling & Psychotherapy, I believe in the power of Humanistic Integrative therapy to help you grow and heal emotionally. My approach is compassionate, warm, and personalised, focusing on increasing self-awareness, building resilience, and helping you break old patterns so you can face life’s challenges with confidence.
Our first session is also an opportunity for us to see if we’re the right fit for working together. Therapy works best when there’s a good connection, and I want to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported. If I believe another approach or therapist would better suit your needs, I will be open and honest about that—it’s all about finding what’s best for you.
Feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss availability and schedule an initial assessment.
Experience custom-tailored therapy sessions that address your unique needs and challenges. My compassionate approach ensures a safe and supportive space for self-exploration and healing. I work from cozy spaces in Ashby and Anstey.
Perhaps you would prefer therapy sessions online or over the telephone due to travel restrictions, mobility issues, or anything else that makes a face-to-face session challenging. I am happy to accommodate this.
I offer therapy sessions to students as part of their course requirements at a reduced rate. With experience from my own training, I can also help with theory and academic work if needed signing off your hours. Reduced fees available
